I am a Danish artist living in Sweden, painting realism in the genre of portrait, still life, figure, and landscapes, primarily with oil paint on canvas.
I like to start my painting by taking a series of photographs of my subject matter and maintaining control from the beginning of my creative process thinking of composition, light, etc. Then in editing, I use my artistic license to add, move or remove, and when I am satisfied with my reference the painting process can begin.  read more!
